InspiREAD 2022 is coming soon!

Look out for our next online InspiREAD Book Award! 

Started in 2020, the award is about getting everyone reading and sharing children’s books together.

InspiREAD is for everyone; not just kids but teachers, parents, grandparents, carers, families, and friends. Our librarians have picked their favourite children's books that have been published within the last year - now it's over to you, to read and vote for your favourites.

As in previous years, there will be books for all ages and abilities across three categories: Picture Books, Shorter Books, and Longer Novels. The books will be available from all Inspire Libraries and teachers can use the Education Library Service to reserve copies for schools.

Shortlisted books will also be available to purchase online or in person from The Bookcase at Lowdham.
