At Inspire Learning, we understand that studying towards a formal qualification isn’t for everyone- our Community and Family Learning Courses are designed with this in mind. You can improve or brush up on your skills, meet more people, simply get out of the house more or spend quality time with your friends and family. If our video above has inspired you, then we have hundreds of courses to choose from in a variety of subject areas, most of them starting soon in September. Don’t worry, it’s not too late to enrol!
Whatever your age or interests, we are sure we have the course to inspire you. If you’re feeling creative, we offer a wide range of Arts and Crafts courses. For the first time, we’re offering an Introduction to Printmaking course. If watercolours are more your choice of media, try Painting with Watercolours. Or if you’re just starting out, then Drawing and Painting for Beginners is the course for you. Get your Winter wardrobe ready by learning how to Crochet and get prepared for Christmas early this year with Christmas Crafts. If you’ve always wanted to try the art of Flower Arranging, we offer a Beginners course alongside courses for the more experienced. We are also offering courses specifically for the festive season. If you feel you’ve lost your way with the art of makeup and want to wear it with confidence, then our Makeup For Mature Skin Workshop is for you.
Our courses don’t just involve sitting still at a desk. If you’re fed up of the gym and want to try something else to improve your fitness, give Pilates, Balletcise or even Vertical Fitness a go.
We have something that the whole family can enjoy. Learn basic computer programming in our Coding with Microbits sessions or get creative in our Poppy Extravaganza Family Crafts session while commemorating the centenary of the end of the First World War.
As well as being fun, our courses can improve your self-esteem and job prospects. We are offering English Functional Skills and Maths Functional Skills for people who do not have grade C or above at GCSE. Our First Aid courses: Emergency First Aid at Work and Mental Health First Aid will give you an accredited qualification to give you the skills and knowledge to administer First Aid.
Hundreds more of our courses can be found in our Autumn 2018 Course Guide. Download a copy here or visit your local library and pick one up today.
Don’t forget we also offer Adult Further and Higher Education Courses which are now enrolling for September. If you’re aged 16-24, we offer Study Programmes and Traineeships to help you develop your skills and gain real work experience. Contact us now ready for September.
