It's not too late to start your learning journey. We are ENROLLING NOW for the Association of Project Management, Project Management Qualification (PMQ) (IPMA, Level D, SCQF Level 7) and the Level 3 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring. 

Project Management Qualification

The course will be delivered as an intensive study programme over one week. One further half day will be required to sit the exam. The course will take place at Eastbourne House,  Sutton- in- Ashfield starting 29 October to 2 November, 9am-5pm and the exam will take place on Monday 5 November 9am-5pm. 

We will cover a wide range of topics at a summary level and you will be provided  with a broad understanding of project management terminology, basic techniques and the people skills required to successfully manage a project.The course is ideal for those who have a responsibility for carrying out aspects of project management or for those who are looking to enhance their project management.

Level 3 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring 

Our next course starts Saturday 10 November 2018- it's not too late to enrol!

The Institute for Leadership and Management (ILM) Level 3 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring is for those who are expected to coach and mentor in their existing role.  However, no experience is necessary although whilst undertaking this course you will need to log at least 36 hours of practice. During the course you will gain confidence in all aspects of coaching and mentoring and develop practical skills.

The course will be delivered over 4 days which are as follows: 

• Saturday 10 November 2018  
  
• Saturday 8 December 2018  
  
• Saturday 12 January 2019    
  
• Saturday 16 February 2019

The cost of the course will be £595
