All our work is co-produced by artists and young people working together creatively and collaboratively and the artists that we work with are great at getting alongside young people, being ambitious for them and supporting them in their creative journey.

We believe in giving young people the belief that a career in the arts is possible. It's about the excitement and long-term passion that arises out of working in professional spaces with professional artists.

Our team of freelance artists are all top of their game and working professionally within the industry. They bring current and real world experience to their sessions giving young people a genuine insight into the industry itself and helping them get to know the opportunities and the  challenges they'll face in their professional careers
