Ollerton: Then and Now

Libraries Connected - Ollerton: Then and Now

Inspire is delighted to have received funding from the Arts Council-funded microgrants through Libraries Connected, for our Ollerton: Then and Now Project.

We will be working with pupils from Forest View Primary Academy to deliver wonderful art workshops with Edwina Kung.

Neil Pledger will also be working with the local community of Ollerton, for a series of photography workshops, snapping some memorable shots and capturing the essence of today for the eyes of tomorrow!

The contemporary photography of place informed and inspired by photos from the Inspire Picture Archive, alongside artwork based on historical maps created by the pupils, will create an exciting exhibition exploring Ollerton, 'Then and Now'.

We will also be bringing these exciting workshops to libraries in Newark and Sherwood.

Explore Ollerton: Then and Now by joining us for photography and artist workshops!

Join us for Inspire's fantastic Ollerton: Then and Now workshops with photographer Neil Pledger and artist Edwina Kung - list of workshops and exhibition dates coming soon!
