Inspire to take part in Bank Holiday extravaganza Nottstopping Festival

Teams from across Inspire have added an amazing selection of online activities and performances to the line-up of this weekend's much-anticipated Nottstopping Festival.

The festival, presented and organised by Light Hustle, aims to celebrate and connect the wealth of creativity across Nottinghamshire whilst fundraising to provide gifts, treats and experiences for frontline workers.

Saturday 23 May

10.30am - Interview with Rachel Carter: Hear Rachel being interviewed about her Inspire-commissioned exhibition and her work on the Family Tree with Scrooby Knitters and the Redlands Primary School.

2pm -Jess Fisher: Award winning Able Orchestra musician Jess Fishers demonstrates how to make music with the CONTROL ONE wheelchair controller.

3pm - Inspire Youth Arts: Live Stream - presenting a showcase of  the very best young talent Notts has to offer

Sunday 24 May

10am - Mayflower Movies: fun family workshop suitable for ages 7+. Make a Mayflower ship, then set sail across an animated ocean to a new world and capture the action in a GIF

11am - Inspire Youth Arts: Showcase 1 - Clips from various IYA films, music, dance and digital performances that showcase the range and diversity of IYA’s projects. 

2pmInspire Youth Arts: Showcase 2 - Clips from various IYA films, music, dance and digital performances that showcase the range and diversity of IYA’s projects. 

5pmInspire Youth Arts: Showcase 3 - Clips from various IYA films, music, dance and digital performances that showcase the range and diversity of IYA’s projects.
