Inspire events and activities cancelled until the end of June.

Published 17th March 2020

Due to the ongoing pandemic and following government advice we have taken the decision today to cancel ALL events in libraries and other venues until the end of June.

This includes our programme of cultural events, regular events in libraries, community learning courses and the Inspire Youth Arts programme.  For other Inspire Learning courses for example Access to HE, Study programmes and Apprenticeships please see our Service Disruption page.

REFUNDS

·     Ticket holders who booked online via Eventbrite will receive notification of a full refund. Ticket holders who booked with Ask Inspire or in a library and who left contact details will be contacted about their refund.  These ticket holders will not need to contact us or venues directly.

·     If you are a ticket holder who did not leave us any contact details, please contact Ask Inspire about your refund, preferably by email to help us manage the extra volume of enquiries at this time. Email ask@inspireculture.org.uk. Call us on 01623 677 200 only if you are unable to contact us by email.

·     Learners will also receive a refund for cancelled sessions automatically via Eventbrite or will be contacted.

Due to the number of events involved it will take some time to process these refund transactions, as we will not be able to process cheques during the current government directed 'stay at home period'.

Please bear with us during this busy time, or if you wish to donate your ticket money to Inspire as a charitable organisation that would be greatly appreciated - just let our Ask Inspire team know. Thank you for your support and patience.

Further updates will be issued on our Service Disruption pages and social media accounts which you can follow @NottsLibraries.
